RESPONSIBILITIES:

·         Generating and enhancing the sales of the products in other countries

·         Make sure that the products are made available in the international markets by analyzing the trends of the customers and developing sales plans and strategies to meet their needs

·         To identify new business opportunities by tapping the potential customers from different countries

·         Provide leadership and guidance to logistics teams to ensure that customers receive their appropriate shipments in time

·         To plan, design, develop and implement different sales activities by researching the customer’s needs and requirements

·         To make sure that the existing clients are retained and maintained while developing the new customers

·         To ensure that the all the sales and marketing activities are carried out within the agreed budgets, volume, sales, and within the given time scales

·         To constantly review distributor’s and Key Account`s performance and monitor their work, so that relevant information can be provided to the management

·         To carry out market research, conduct surveys and study the competitors and their marketing and sales strategies.

·         To assess the market potential in each of the key countries

·         Develop new channels and customers by managing dealers and distributors in the country / region.

·         Conducting the business follow up of the dealer, monitoring for target realizations;

·         Analyzing and reporting the actions of the competitors;

·         Feedback to Group Marketing relevant information relating to market trends, product requirements, promotional activity etc;

·         Establishing and maintaining client relationships through regular contact and visits to their locations;

·         Performing market visits and keeping the sales team of the dealer / distributor up to date about the competition in the market;

·         Conduct training workshops with the dealer to educate their staff about new products;

·         Handling consumer / customer complaints on time, and ensuring that the feedbacks to all complaints are provided;

·         Ensuring all accounts are operating within the agreed limits, and collections are made on time;

·         Cost saving projects from supply chain to distribution.

REQUIREMENTS:

·         Knowledge of the details of the export business to ensure that government policies, labelling systems, transportation and payment laws are followed

·         BA / MA degree in Business Administration, Commerce/Management with a bias in Sales and Marketing;

·         Must have at least 7 years of FMCG related sales experience, 3 years of it in export role;

·         Fluency in Russian and English;

·         Independent self-starter with strong work ethic and a high level of initiative and motivation;

·         Organized and self-managed;

·         Ability to time-plan in advance over the short, medium and long terms;

·         Flexible and resourceful; the ability to work under minimal supervision and willingness to be responsible for a varied set of tasks that will support the company’s growth and expansion;

·         Strong analytical and presentation skills;

·         Excellent verbal and written communication skills;

·         Advanced computer skills including MS Word and MS Excel, MS PowerPoint;

·         Exceptional negotiation skills;

·         Available for business trips;

·         Knowledge of international contract terms, foreign currencies, tariffs and trading regulations
