The U.S. Embassy is delighted to invite you to an engaging Panel Discussion and Networking Event on “Mismatch Between Education and Employment”, a panel discussion on why academic achievements don’t always translate into career opportunities, and how we can bridge this gap. This event, organized by alumni project coordinators Shahnaz Hasanova and Venera Gurbanova with the support from the Alumni Outreach and Capacity Building Fund 2025 and the U.S. Educated Azerbaijani Alumni Association (AAA), will bring together experts from education, business, and HR to share insights and practical solutions.
